While at the Constable office, Willie was the bailiff for the longest serving Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Judge Quincy Beavers, served thousands of civil process papers on his own, performed patrol duties, enforced traffic violations, lead investigations and more. Currently he works with the Department of Defense/Department of Veteran's Affairs. Over the last 22 years, Willie has progressively achieved promotions since he reached the rank of Sergeant. This is attributed to a focus on his own continuous improvement and professional growth in an ffort to provide quality service to Smith County residents.
